To arrange your pet's travel, we typically need your name and contact details, your travel dates and flight information, and details about your pet including breed, weight and health records. Where you book our service, we also collect documents such as pet passports, vaccination records and veterinary health certificates, since these are required to complete the booking and permit process.
We use your information to assess your pet's eligibility for travel, manage your booking, communicate with airlines and the relevant UAE authorities on your behalf, and keep you updated on your timeline. We don't use your information for anything beyond delivering the service you've asked us for.
We share the minimum necessary information with airlines, veterinary practices, and UAE government bodies as part of arranging your pet's travel and import permit. We don't sell your data, and we don't share it with anyone for marketing purposes.
We keep booking and document records for as long as reasonably needed to deliver your service and meet our own legal and accounting obligations, after which they're securely deleted.
Under UK GDPR you can ask to see the data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or withdraw consent where we rely on it. Email hello@cabin-paws.com and we'll respond promptly.
