Ask us a question
Cabin Paws provides advice, document preparation support, and liaison with airlines and UAE authorities to help your pet travel in the cabin on a flight from the UK to Dubai or Abu Dhabi. We are a consultancy, not an airline, vet, or government body, and we don't make the final decision on whether your pet is accepted for travel or granted entry.
You agree to give us accurate, complete information about your pet and travel plans, and to attend vet appointments and provide documents within the timeline we agree together. Delays or inaccuracies on your side can affect whether your pet can travel as planned, and we can't be responsible for outcomes caused by information we weren't given in good time.
Package fees are as shown on our Packages & Pricing page at the time of booking. Airline fees, permit fees, and veterinary costs are separate, are set by the relevant third party, and are not included in our fee. Payment terms will be confirmed when you book.
If you need to cancel, let us know as early as possible. Because much of our work happens in the early stages of your timeline, fees already incurred for work completed or third-party costs already paid on your behalf are not refundable, but we'll always be reasonable and transparent about where things stand.
We'll do everything within our control to give you accurate, up-to-date guidance, but airline policies, government requirements, and individual decisions by border or customs officials are outside our control and can change. We can't guarantee that your pet will be accepted for travel or entry, and we're not liable for decisions made by airlines, vets, or government authorities.
The DIY Pet Travel Guide is sold as a one-off digital product for your own personal use. It reflects our understanding of current requirements at the time of writing, but rules can change, so always confirm the latest requirements with your airline and the relevant authorities before you travel.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
